We currently ship within Canada, the USA, and internationally. If we ship to your country, it will appear as an available option at checkout. If your location isn’t listed, unfortunately we don’t ship there yet—but we’re always working on expanding!

Processing usually takes 2–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. International shipments may take longer, and you'll see an estimated delivery time at checkout.

Depending on your location, you may be required to pay local import duties, customs fees, or taxes upon delivery. These charges are not included in your purchase total or shipping cost on and may be collected by your local customs office upon delivery. We recommend checking your country's import policies before placing an order. Kasha Lashes is not responsible for any delays or additional charges due to customs procedures.

For customers in the UK, VAT will be calculated and paid for at checkout. This means you will not need to pay VAT again upon delivery, as it is paid upfront.

If you fail to pay the applicable duties, taxes, or choose to abandon your package, please note that no refunds will be issued for your order. It is the responsibility of the buyer to settle any import fees and taxes required by the destination country. If the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the cost of the items, excluding the original shipping fees or any return fees.
